Reliability during GS takeover
To avoid ClearCom Matrix crash during GS take over, the following version must be used
- Clearcom version installed: v9.1revB
- EHX ClearCom firmware: 16.51.3.0
- Gadgetserver: 5.4.0.316 or higher
Labels
Only labels with defined "Alias" in EHX software can be modified via gadget tree.
License required
To enable remote control through 3rd party controllers like VSM, a specific license for HCI needs to be entered in EHX configuration software. Without a valid HCI license, gadget tree parameters are visible, but not controlable.
