- Access and update any open tickets
- Request an update on a specific ticket.
- Add and remove technical contacts associated with a Platinum SLA agreement.
- Ask questions regarding the scope of the Lawo SLA.
- Provide us with your feedback, positive or negative so that we may strive to improve our quality of service to you.
