  1. Create a new Technical support request.
  2. Access and update any open tickets
  3. Request an update on a specific ticket.
  4. Add and remove technical contacts associated with a Platinum SLA agreement.
  5. Ask questions regarding the scope of the Lawo SLA.
  6. Provide us with your feedback, positive or negative so that we may strive to improve our quality of service to you.
