The Lawo Customer Service Portal not only gives you access to support tickets you have created, but also to all your colleagues tickets.

Under "Requests" you have several different filter options that you can use to find what you need. 

You can filter by:

  • Status
  • Reporter
  • Request Type
  • "Text search"

This allows you to review the tickets of your colleagues to efficiently collaborate on all of your company's service incidents.
