Keep all Lawo equipment under hardware warranty protection by extending Lawo’s limited warranty coverage up to a product age of 5 years.

When paired with an SLA, this approach provides optimal protection and cost management for facility-wide updates and maintenance.

When bundled with a Gold or Platinum SLA, Lawo provides a special 25% discount on the Hardware Warranty Extension.

Lawo’s Extended Hardware Warranty program provides an extension of the hardware repair provisions provided by the Lawo manufacturer’s warranty.

After the typical 12 month standard manufacturer’s warranty, if a product is covered by the Extended Hardware Warranty, and it experiences a hardware failure for a covered reason (see below), Lawo will repair the product at no cost to the customer.

Our Extended Hardware Warranty is available for purchase any time while the component is still covered by either the Lawo standard product warranty or an already existing Hardware Warranty Extension.

The Lawo repair centre will always endeavour to offer a 'Best effort' shipping response.

Excluded from the extended hardware warranty are wear parts including, but not limited to:

  • batteries
  • movable, motorised components (eg. faders, encoders)
  • organic components (e.g. displays)
  • 3rd party products such as PCs, network switches, servers, SFPs
