File name
Description
vsmWebPanel.Setup_x64.msi
Installer for 64bit Windows OS
vsmWebPanel.Setup_x86.msi
Installer for 32bit Windows OS
vsmWebPanel expects Microsoft's .NET framework 4.0 as already installed. If you get into problems about missing files you may get this software directly from Microsoft here
Install vsmWebPanel by clicking the installer file matching your OS. Follow the instruction provided by the vsmWebPanel setup wizard to complete the installation.
The installation will automatically create a new entry VSM\vsmWebPanel on the local C drive (for single PCs, D:\VSM\vsmWebPanel if it runs on the vsmStudio server). Select the folder vsmWebPanel as the installation target.
Licensing
No specific licensing is required for the vsmWebPanel service itself. Licensing is handled via the vsmStudio license. The possible amount of concurrent client sessions is based on the ordered and licensed amount of vsmWebPanel licenses.
Existing and unused vsmPanel licenses may be utilized for connecting vsmWebPanel sessions as well. This is not possible the other way around.
