Daylight Saving Time - Adjustment procedure for Event-Scheduler

The following adjustment procedure applies to installs which run the vsmStudio internal Event-Scheduler, and which manage scheduled events while clocks are adjusted between summer time and standard time.

Events scheduled for the 'lost hour' respectively the 'additional hour' require remapping at runtime. The attached documentation describes the full adjustment procedure.
