The HOME Licenses page provides a comprehensive overview of the Flex licenses managed by the HOME system. The overview includes all license types of the Lawo Flex Licensing model.

While perpetual licenses are function-specific and linked to a specific device/HOME system, credits are functionally agnostic and can be used across many HOME systems.

The "Licenses" page contains two tabs: Perpetual and Credits.

Perpetual

The Perpetual tab contains an overview of the perpetual licenses that are managed by the HOME system.

Perpetual licenses provide permanent access to specific functionality of HOME or HOME Apps. Once assigned to a specific HOME system, the perpetual license is locked to that system and cannot be removed.

The Perpetual tab shows a list of all available license types (by Name). From here, you can check the Total amount of perpetual licenses (for each type), the number In Use and the number Remaining. 

Credits

The Credits tab contains an overview of the credits that have been assigned to the HOME system (from a Lawo Flex subscription).

Lawo's flexible licenses are called credits. They are agnostic of the functionality they unlock, and can be assigned to any HOME system (linked to the same Lawo Flex account). If a resource is no longer required, then its credits can be re-allocated to a different function or HOME system. 

The Credits tab shows the total number of credits assigned to the HOME system (Credit Total), plus how many are In Use and Remaining.

Credits can be assigned in values following a 0.25 granularity.

The bargraph shows a visualization of the available credits over time, where the day and month are indicated on the X-axis.

  • Blue bars indicate the overall credit balance until the day of renewal.
  • Yellow bars indicate that the underlying subscription allows for a next lifecycle, after the renewal date.
